What Is a Slot?
A slot is an area in a web page where you can insert dynamic content. It can be either a passive placeholder that waits for the contents of a scenario (a “passive” slot) or a container that contains content and is triggered by a scenario (an active slot). Slots work in tandem with scenarios to deliver content to pages, and they can be used along with other dynamic elements such as v-if and v-ifuploaded to add conditionality to them.
